This section decribes Senteon's alert/event-log system.

Viewing and Managing Alerts

Alerts can be found in the Alerts tab found on the main navigation bar. You will see the alerts for all Tenants your user has been added to.

Additional information and actions for alerts can be accessed by clicking on the alert bar to expand for more information.

Alerts for Individual Endpoints

A summary of alerts specific to a single Endpoint can be found in its Endpoint Info page. Navigate to Tenants > <Tenant Name> > Endpoints and click See Info next to the relevant Endpoint.

Alert Forwarding

Required Role: Owner, Admin

Alert Forwarding options can be found by clicking the "Alert Forwarding" button in the Alerts tab.

You can configure specific alerts to be forwarded to registered Senteon User email addresses.

Note: There is a maximum number of alerts that can be forwarded by email to your Organization each month. This limit is 300 times the number of registered endpoints on the first of the month.

Alert Levels

Audit Logs user actions within the Organization
Event Logs state changes within the Organization
Warning Logs warnings/errors within the Organization
