Overview

This section describes the settings available for your Account/Profile as well as the Organization as a whole and its Tenants.

User Profile Settings

User Profile settings affect functionality scoped to the logged in user.

Location: User/Account Profile Icon (Top Right)

Password

Allows you to change the password for your user/account.

2FA/MFA

Allows you to manage 2-Factor Authentiation for your user/account.

The following methods are supported currently:

  • Authenticator App
  • Backup Recovery Code

Global/Organization Settings

These settings affect Senteon functionality and are scoped to the entire Organization.

Baseline Primer Decisions

Clicking this section will open the Group Creation Wizard and present the default decision for each Primer Question if any have been saved.

Senteon will use the decisions to auto-populate default answers when creating a new Group to help speed up the process. It will not affect any active Endpoints or Groups that have already been set up.

Tenant Settings

These settings affect Senteon functionality but are scoped to individual Tenants.

Configuration Drift Check Interval

Configures how often Senteon Agents will check for configuration drift. Reducing the interval time will increase overall resource-usage on your endpoints as checks will happen more frequently.

The available intervals are:

  • 10 min

  • 15 min

  • 30 min

  • 1 hour (Default)

  • 6 hours

  • 12 hours

  • 24 hours

Configuration Drift Response

Defines Senteon's reponse to configuration drift on all Endpoints registered to the Tenant.

Option Description
Automatically Enforce (Default) Senteon will generate an alert and automatically return the setting back to its target baseline value.
Alert and Require Approval Senteon will generate an alert. In the "Alerts" tab, Senteon users with Edit permissions on the Tenant will have the option to choose whether or not they want to return the setting back to its target baseline value.
Alert Only Senteon will generate an alert and no further action will be taken by Senteon.
